Seattle MESA (mathematics, engineering, science and achievement) provides programs and innovative, hands-on opportunities for middle and high school students and their teachers and parents in mathematics, basic and applied science, and engineering. We worked alongside SMESA to produce a website that promotes their focus of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) targeting underrepresented minorities and women as well as at-risk and economically disadvantaged youth.

This website is a feature-rich resource for Seattle-area artists and thinkers. Behind the scenes, Review staffers needed to manage a constant flow of content updated on a daily basis. Just as important, this rich repository of content needed to display itself without overwhelming the user. We built this site in WordPress to make content management and publishing a snap.
Beans n’ Rice created a series of branded email newsletters for Washington’s largest land conservancy. Each newsletter had its own theme and messaging requirements, but all had to live under the overarching Forterra brand. We designed and coded each newsletter in a way that empowered Forterra staffers to launch future email campaigns on their own, using our templates as blueprints.
These banner ads for a PCC Farmland Trust event needed to communicate a lot of information while competing for attention on The Stranger’s busy website. We designed these ads to stand out while maintaining a consistent look with other event materials. More
